I work with agents and brokers who have clients needing help with warehouses, manufacturing buildings, industrial yards, truck-related properties, automotive uses, showroom-warehouse spaces, contractor yards, and other commercial properties where zoning, loading, power, parking, access, or operations matter.
The wrong assumption about use, layout, power, truck access, yard use, or property limitations can affect whether a property actually works for the client.
If you refer a client to me, I will respect your role, handle the assignment seriously, and protect the referring broker relationship.
My standard referral fee is 25% of the commission received by my side, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Referral terms are confirmed before work begins.
