introduction

Industrial Real Estate in SoCal, Marketed Like It Matters

I advise industrial landlords and businesses on leasing and sales across the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire. My approach is simple: clear strategy, honest feedback, and marketing that actually does the job—strong visuals, accurate information, and execution that drives real decisions.

Industrial real estate is often presented with bare-minimum effort. I don’t operate that way. Whether you’re a landlord trying to stand out in a competitive set, or a company consolidating operations, I help you position the asset, communicate value, and move the deal forward with fewer surprises.

Background | Operations-First Experience, Plus a Designer’s Eye

Before real estate, I spent a decade in my family’s scrap recycling business in Fontana—hands-on experience with logistics, trucking, warehousing, and day-to-day operations. That background shaped how I evaluate industrial buildings: not just by square footage, but by how they function for the business inside.

After the business closed in 2018, I worked in interior design and developed a deeper appreciation for how space influences behavior and performance. Today I bring both sides together: operational thinking plus a design-forward marketing skill set—floor plans, site plans, drone videography, and content that helps buyers and tenants understand a property quickly and accurately
